Terms of

Service

Standard guidelines governing ordering procedures, media licensing rights, and payment schedules.

LAST UPDATED: JUNE 10, 2026

Welcome to OVM Property Media. By accessing our platform, booking real estate media shoots, or downloading digital assets, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service.

1. Scheduling & Shoot Coordination

Shoots must be booked with mandatory information, including property address, client name, and package selection. Shoot times and dates are confirmed via email by our scheduling desk. Cancellations or schedule adjustments must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled shoot to avoid rescheduling fees.

2. Media Licensing & Usage Rights

All photography, video walk-throughs, drone aerials, and 3D Matterport space captures delivered to the client are licensed for the marketing of the specific listing address for the duration of the listing agreement. Intellectual property rights remain with OVM Property Media. Reselling or distributing media files to third-party developers, designers, or other real estate agents is prohibited.

3. Quality Control (QC) & Delivery

We execute shoots under strict operational SOPs. If a deliverable contains technical errors (e.g. alignment issues, blur), we initiate correcting edits or schedule a prompt reshoot. Photos are delivered under a 24-hour turnaround SLA, and video walk-throughs under a 48-hour SLA.

4. Payment Terms

Invoiced amounts for booked packages (Photo + Drone, Premium Media, 3D Media) and à la carte add-ons must be settled prior to downloading final, unwatermarked high-resolution assets, unless other billing cycles have been authorized by the CEO.

5. Independent Contractor Liability

All field photographers, videographers, and drone operators deployed by OVM Property Media are independent contractors. OVM Property Media assumes no liability or responsibility for property damage, missing items, loss, or any direct actions taken by these independent contractors during on-site operations. Any claims arising from on-site incidents must be directed to and handled solely by the independent contractor of record.
